Wags to Riches pays the consignor 50% of the net sale price of consigned merchandise. Since UCAN is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the consignor also receives a tax deduction for the portion retained by Wags to Riches. There is never a fee to open an account. We do not offer free pickup for consigned merchandise, but are able to recommend outside movers. Please print and complete the forms in the sidebar of this page before you come in to allow us to serve you faster.

To be successful, Wags to Riches can only accept items that it can readily resell in the store. Accordingly, Wags to Riches generally accepts the following kinds of items for consignment:

  • Furniture for any room in the house
  • Original artwork and fine prints
  • Lamps and light fixtures
  • Decorative accessories
  • Crystal, china, sets of fine china, and glassware
  • Silver (silver plate is accepted from September to November only)
  • Fine and costume jewelry, and special ladies accessories
  • Holiday decorations (at appropriate holiday time)

If you have other kinds of merchandise that you would like to consign, please contact the store at 513-793-738 and describe the merchandise prior to bringing it in so Wags to Riches can let you know whether the item would be accepted.

All merchandise should be in “nearly new” condition. Upholstered furniture must be clean and free from stains or heavy wear. Silver must be polished and glassware clean.  We are unable to accept out-of-date furniture styles or colors, televisions, computers, electronic equipment and appliances because we cannot resell those items.

Large furniture items must be pre-approved by a store manager before arriving at Wags to Riches. Please email photos to Furniture is accepted six days per week during store hours with pre-approval and advance notice.

Small furniture items, artwork, jewelry and accessories are accepted any day during operating hours.

Merchandise prices are established by our pricing committee. The price is determined by considering many factors, including manufacturer, condition, style, color and original or current market value.
